Bake Sale for Haiti
Our bake sale the other day was a huge success. We earned $135 for Haiti in about 30 minutes. We are deciding what organization we want to send our money to and will post about that soon. Hope your concert tonight is amazing too!
As a class, we voted to donate our money to Save the Children, an organization that has worked in Haiti for 32 years and has more than 250 people working there.
Hi everyone, It's Maria, another teacher at the International Institute. I just wanted to say how great I think it is that you are blogging. And it's AWESOME that the New Yorkers had a bake sale for Haiti and the "Madrileños" had a benefit concert. Good things happening on both sides of the Atlantic! The concert was a huge success, I was so proud to be there. Special congrats to Isabel, Carlota, Valentina, Guadalupe, and Ignacio for their participation. Bravo!!!! Love, Maria
Hi people! (: The concert was great, and we had a very fun time... But I think that Lean On Me was better than Heal The World and You've Got A Friend, anyway it was nice and we just noticied that we raised almost 400€, so we have no worries by now! Kisses P.S: Maria we love you! (: xD P.S.2: Nicole don't be jealous, we love you too...! xD
HI AGAIN! We are happy for all the money raised in the concert on thursday :) We raised 400€ for the cause. When we were in the stage we know that we must do all the necesary for the Haitians children. I was a little nervous but suddenly I think that everybody was friends. I going to do again! A KISS!
